I laughed When the doctor says to me “Please sleep well”. Yes Guys, Recently, I was affected by Severe tooth Pain. I thought I was no more.

hahaha… LOL… I didn’t sleep for a night. Yes, tooth Pain is the deadliest pain in the world… While fixing my teeth, I asked multiple questions to the doctor. the doctor answered awesomely… finally, he asked my age. I said 22. Oh. At 22 Age, you have problems with your teeth… it’s so sad about you. At that time, he said, “Please Sleep Well”.I saw it because my co-workers didn’t sleep well for days for fixing the bugs and doing tasks. Added to that, one of my co-workers had a bad health history in the past. with that, they don’t have any problems like me. So I laughed and asked him, why with my doubt?

He said that each one had different health scenarios, everyone must have six to eight hours of sleep a day. in your case, microorganisms of saliva can attack against cavity, bad bacterias of teeth. it produced by good sleep only. so sleep is so important to you… If you do not sleep well, you will get multiple health problems like this.
